The Air Jordan 12 (XII) Retro – White / French Blue – Metallic Silver – Varsity Red was released on January 10, 2005, and retailed for $135. The 2016 version of the Air Jordan 12 French Blue will release in March 2016. They are one of the more under-rated shoes in the Air Jordan 12 (XII) line-up. They feature a white leather upper with a french blue colorway at the base of the upper, as well as on the sole. They also feature french blue and red accents. The shoe itself features stitching designs along the upper which are inspired by the “Nisshoki”, which is the Japanese rising sun flag, as well as a 19th century women’s dress boot. The stitchings radiate outward like the rays of the sun, making these a thoughtfully designed pair of shoes. The shoe also features a carbon fiber sheath and Air sole, along with a modified herringbone pattern on the outsole, which is great for traction.
